My experience with Garmont’s customer service was excellent! I did not receive a pair of boots I had ordered and they issued a refund after investigating the situation. Thank you very much!

I bought a pair of brown boots. Unfortunately I later realised I couldn't use it at my command duty station. I then, returned it based on the return instructions on the product. The product have been received by your company, I event sent the the tracking number as per instructions. Until now, no one has ever gotten back to me in regards my refunds. I have sent emails and no response from anyone. It's very frustrating.

I looked into our communication logs to make sure we didn't miss any previous messages from you. While our system is currently only showing your initial return request and tracking number, I want to make sure you are fully taken care of today. The good news is that your item arrived safely at our warehouse, and your refund was successfully processed on July 13, 2026. Please keep in mind that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for banks to process and post the funds. You should see the credit back on your original payment method very soon! If it doesn't appear in the next few days, we recommend checking with your credit card provider to confirm its exact status. Thank you!

I've been extremely impressed with my Garmont Tactical combat boots. After wearing them for work, it's clear they're built for people who spend long days on their feet. Right out of the box they were comfortable with very little break-in, and they've provided excellent support over long days in the field. The grip has been outstanding on a variety of terrain, and they're lightweight enough that they don't leave your feet feeling fatigued by the end of the day. The build quality is excellent, and they strike a great balance between durability, stability, and comfort. Whether you're in the military, law enforcement, or anyone who needs a dependable pair of boots for demanding work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Garmont Tactical. In fact alot of people I work with keep asking what kind of boots im rocking and where to buy. Unfortunately you dont have much of a presence in Canada But if you did.. you'd 100% give LOWA and Salomon a run for their money I will probably buy more haha I have 3 of these boots already Winter one is up next.. once I get enough money 😭 Anyways ty Garmont!

Garmont Boost are some of the only boots I have found to fit and support my feet. In not having my size overseas, I jumped on the opportunity to order my boots from Garmont online. They came in faster than any of my other package orders, allowing me to get back in the fight. Thank you for the timely order of the boots that keep me moving!

Really good boots, to use on the trails and run around especially when your running through rivers and they dry pretty quick. Thanks to Grittysoldier for recommending these. Garmont did a pretty good job on getting my warranty and sending them out pretty quick.

I’m not to happy with boot because around the ankle feels very stiff and cuts into ankles. I’m awaiting insoles in hope to raise the foot height to overcome this. Otherwise a nice boot

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear you find the T8 LE 2.0 to be a nice boot overall, but we’re sorry to hear that the ankle area has been causing some discomfort. Because the T8 LE 2.0 is designed for high-performance durability and support, the materials can be quite stiff right out of the box. Adding an insole to adjust your foot height is a great idea, as it can often realign where the collar of the boot sits against your ankle bone. (everyone’s foot is a bit different) In addition to the insoles, you might find relief by adjusting your lacing technique to reduce pressure on the ankle area during the break-in period. Here are two options to try: Window Lacing (Pressure Relief): If the stiffness is hitting a specific spot on your ankle, you can "skip" a set of eyelets. Instead of crossing the laces over at the point of discomfort, run them vertically to the next eyelet to create a "window." This relieves direct pressure on the sensitive area while keeping the rest of the boot secure. Two-Zone Lacing: You can tie a surgeon's knot (looping the laces around each other twice) just above the instep. This allows you to keep the lower part of the boot tight for stability while leaving the upper ankle laces slightly looser to allow for more flex as the leather and nylon soften. Typically, these materials will "soften up" and mold to your specific gait after 20–30 miles of use. We hope these adjustments make a difference in your comfort!
