He recibido la agenda que no había pedido. He recibido otro modelo y de otro tamaño. Aunque la factura y lo recibido coincide no es la agenda que había pedido. La que me ha llegasdo la puedo comprar en la tienda física y el modelo solicitado que era agenda día-hoja medidas de 19x26,7 modelo sunset Vives que no es el que he recibido. Cómo puedo hacer la devolución?

Conozco la marca Legami porque algunos de sus productos se comercializab en la cadena de librerías Casa del Libro en España. Ha sido la primera vez que he comprado sus libretas online y el servicio ha sido constante e interactivo en cada uno de los pasos desde la compra hasta la entrega. Respecto al producto, me encantan sus libretas, en particular por sus diseños holográficos (he adquirido sus modelos con constelaciones y de tarot) y la encuadernación cosida. Como amante de buenos productos de oficina, considero que la calidad es inmejorable.

Ao fim de 4 encomendas limitadas a 5 unidades por cada uma pagar portes é lamentável não aparecer canetas diferentes fiquei com 20 canetas vermelhas lamentavel para quem paga e encomenda nesta casa nem considerações tem por ninguém

Compré 5 bolis especiales de Halloween y cuál es mi sorpresa…?los cinco son exactamente iguales cuando hay tres modelos diferentes.Por lo demás los bolis muy chulos,como siempre.Pero le ha parecido un detalle muy feo que desde Legami no tengan esa deferencia en al menos mandar dos modelos diferentes.En tienda no digo nada porque no sabes lo que va dentro de la cajita,pero cuando se lo pides directamente a ellos deberían tenerlo en cuenta.
