Very good value Was in Italia and my wife wanted to me to carry 6 Ceramic Cheese dishes home for gifts and I refused to do it when we were in Parma. Also it was early on our 3 week trip so I did not want to carry any cheese with me until end of trip. That said I could not find 36 month Parmigiano Reggiano when I got to Sicilia. After I got home I saw an advertisement in an Italian cooking magazine. Ordered 8.8 lbs. of cheese and 6 dishes. To my surprise they got to us in 4 days. I have already sent your site to a good friend of mine who lives in Detroit and I think he ordered also. Now that the ban on cured meat is being lifted, when will you be able to ship to the USA??.

Excellent cheese I really love the cheese and have been eating chunks and cooking with it since it arrived. I especially love the grainy texture and the taste is almost sweet compared with parmigiano reggiano purchased from stores near my home. I certainly hope to order more in the future. Thank you so much.

Never a Problem We have been ordering parmigiano reggiano since we vacationed in Italy in 2006. Their cheese melts so nicely over all kinds of dishes & your mouth. We've paired it nicely with wine, salads, pasta (of course) & sauces. Our favorite find is freshly grated Parma in our marina sauce. Makes it so velvety!!! We highly recommend this product & company. We order once a year and have never had a problem with shipping. Also, their approximate shipping date has been right on.
