Pasta Fresca Lucana - Caserecce

very sorry to say, but I know how pasta fresca should taste. I think the farina which was used to make this üasta wasnot fresh anymore and therefore the pasta just after cooking was slightly bitter. And because this package contained different size of pasta, the cooking time for larger pieces took 12 mins, and is was still "very al dente" , where the little pieces were too soft. I had friends in Rome, and I know what real good home made pasta should taste,

Ci piace definirci esploratori del gusto. Abbiamo iniziato dai produttori Lucani, terra dove fisicamente Sudrise ha il suo piccolo negozio di specialità alimentari. Nel tempo abbiamo aggiunto altri prodotti come la Colatura di Alici, Vini pluripremiati delle vicine regioni Puglia e Campania, arrosticini abruzzesi, etc.
