Son muy amables. El pedido me ha llegado muy rápido, superbien envuelto y en perfecto estado. En todo momento, me han tenido informada del estado de mi pedido. Yo, compré cuando fuí de vacaciones y por este motivo he hecho una compra online, porque cuidan tanto el producto como al cliente. Excelente calidad. Muy recomendable. sin dudarlo.

Very friendly personal service, I would visit this shop again. We were advised against buying the product we went into the shop for and bought a very similar piece made by the owners family, in Italy rather than a mass produced piece probably made in China. So we feel we have something much better and it was cheaper too.

Get to know about Eredi Jovon thru Trip Advisor. Very happy to have bought a pendant during a holiday in Jan 2017. Workmanship is good but limited designs. Hope they can have more designs and price range in future. Service wise is ok but can be improved, esp to make customers feel more welcome even though some are just browsing around. Overall, satisfy and will definitely buy again!
