It arrived smashed. They sent another, it also arrived smashed! Clearly the link is not strong and will break easily on the bracelet

Coral paste flowers are delicate as per their own features, however they won't get damage with a careful use, even if it is a daily one. Transportation with courier may not be however that delicate and we're doing our best to find a suitable and safe packaging that will prevent any damage in the future. Never had any problems with nomination before but recently purchased a charm that isn’t flush to the bracelet. It’s slightly raised off the link which causes my hair to get wrapped around the flower on the charm and Get ripped out every time I touch my hair. Im going to have to take the charm off as it’s becoming very annoying.
