I’m not happy with product not either with customer service. I have ordered saddle and used with cover, after few days saddle material has changed, I have made and reclaim and it has been over week, but no one care and no one reply. Very impolite customer service. 👎

It was a great experience! And very quick delivery! Thank you. I bought lady retro bike and it's a nice bike but the seat was so terrible and painful. You saved me with Ondina! Fantastic saddle 🫶

It was easy to select and make a purchase on the site. The shipping speed was incredible. Less than a week from Italy to the western U.S. And the shipping was included!
