J'ai commandé une selle chez Selle Royal parce qu'on pouvait l'essayer. Je l'ai trouvée inconfortable donc j'ai fait une demande de retour. Mon retour est en cours depuis plus d'une semaine et j'attends toujours l'étiquette de retour. Impossible de contacter le service client. Je suppose qu'à un moment on va me dire : c'est trop tard ! Très déçue. Je ne recommande pas.

Die Bestellung und der Kauf des Sattels ist gut gelaufen aber von der 30-Tage-Komfortgarantie kann man keinen Gebrauch machen da die Mail Adressen alle nicht funktionieren und man kommt nicht an das Rücksendeformular.

I’m not happy with product not either with customer service. I have ordered saddle and used with cover, after few days saddle material has changed, I have made and reclaim and it has been over week, but no one care and no one reply. Very impolite customer service. 👎

It was a great experience! And very quick delivery! Thank you. I bought lady retro bike and it's a nice bike but the seat was so terrible and painful. You saved me with Ondina! Fantastic saddle 🫶

Bah livraison avec signature exigée. Résultat ? Trois passages, impossible de changer la date ni indiquer un locker ... Résultat ? Retour à l'expéditeur. Sans que je ne puisse quoi que ce soit. C'est rageant. C'est ultra compliqué avec vous.
