This is my customer experience: -I trusted Claudio Mariani to order a pair of nice blue pants. -Weeks later, after a long silence, I reached out to them. -I was finally told there was no blue and we agreed on another colour. To make up for this, they sent me a cap (that I don't need and don't even really like, most nice ones were also not available). -The pants I eventually received, one month after order, did not fit. - So I sent back the day after. Silence again. -I finally decided that I will not even go for a tailored version because I did not trust the company service. -They even asked for a first review, I gave negative feedback on the overall slow process. They suddenly reacted faster, asking me to change the feed back. - But instead of making up for it, I was told that I will be reimbursed only partially, with a deduction of the "free shipping cost". - In short, in 40 days, I wasted quite some time in having back and forth with the intermittent customer service, to finally not get the pants I really wanted and instead I received an ugly cap I don't care about. I also lost 18 euros. - Very disappointing.

We’re sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand your frustration regarding the timing. There was an initial delay, which we tried to manage by proposing an alternative color, agreed upon together before production, in order to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. The cap that was sent was a courtesy gesture, intended as an apology for the wait, and it was provided at no additional cost. It is also important to note that certain timeframes, particularly those related to shipping and couriers, do not depend directly on us and may sometimes be subject to unforeseen delays, resulting in further postponements. As for the refund, the deductions applied follow our store’s standard policies, accepted at the time of purchase, which предусматри the deduction of incurred shipping costs.

Excellent ! La coupe est vraiment réussie, le tissu est particulièrement beau. Un petit bémol néanmoins sur le manque d'informations durant le processus de création du pantalon (sur-mesure) J'y retournerai très certainement !

The perfect trousers, it's obvious that it's handmade. Great fit and excellent quality. The best trousers I have ever bought are the Claudio's Mariani ones.

I ordered a pair of custom-made trousers from Claudio Mariani and was very satisfied with the entire experience. The quality of the fabric and craftsmanship is excellent, the fit is perfect, and the delivery was smooth and on time. I even had direct contact with Claudio Mariani via WhatsApp, which made the process personal and very professional. Highly recommend!

An excellent four seasons pair of trousers, the fabric is so soft and it can be worn even in July and August... the greek summer is very hot. What is impressive is that nowhere can be found a lack of attention when this pair of trousers was cut, sewed and so on! Grazie Nicola Alexios Crete Greece
