Goods have been delivered in good condition, however quality documents for the product batches were not attached to the delivery and needed to be asked for separately. Maybe this information should be available to the client at the order placing so that there are no delays between product delivery and qality documents delivery.

The overall shopping experience was positive. The items I needed were on sale, which was greatly appreciated, as they are typically quite expensive for a small business like mine. I was also pleased with how quickly my order was shipped. However, I was disappointed that I was not provided with a tracking number or informed which shipping carrier would be handling my package. Additionally, I was caught off guard by the extra fees charged by UPS on top of the customs and tariff charges. While the products themselves are lovely, they did not arrive in the best condition. Many of the bottles have noticeable scuffs and scratches, almost as if they had been rolling around on a concrete surface before being packaged. The same issue applies to several of the lids, as the silver trim on them is visibly scratched and worn.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with your company. The ordering process is always straightforward. The products are of high-quality and matching their descriptions perfectly. Your customer service team is excellent. My only suggestion for improvement concerns the shipping packaging. The boxes used are often not robust enough for the weight of the glass jars and they frequently arrive torn or damaged after international transit. To better protect the products and prevent potential breakage I would highly recommend considering a switch to sturdier heavy duty cardboard boxes.

Previously, the packages were tightly packed, this time it was not, probably because I ordered without delivery. It is a pity that the ordered bottles are dusty and dirty.

Good service. Delivery was quick. Wish there was more variety of products. I wish the cream pump tubes came pre-cut. When ordering larger volumes it will be time consuming to cut these.

Attractive premium products. Fast shipping. Accurate order. Unlike some bottle manufacturers, stocksmetic bottles of the same type have the same volume area in each bottle -so the fill amount is the same from bottle to bottle. the customers get a consistent amount of product.

Nice products but disappointed as you have to chase them for the tracking details. Customers I sent multiple emails with attachments with useless updates. Why send me updates with missing tracking numbers? What do you want me to do with the info? Once an item is shipped you must update with the correct tracking numbers! Shame that a big company can’t get this basic diligence right.

I reported an issue with Stocksmetic that UPS was charging us three times the amount we were supposed to be charged ($296 tax on a $688 order) because they said the customs docs on the shipments totaled $2064 instead of $688. Stocksmetics rep, repeatedly told me I was wrong and that the tax was correct even though I assured the person it was wrong. I had to fight for my own company and get the issue fixed and the tax was changed from $297 to $138. Stocksmetic could have easily investigated the matter because the tax was unusually high and I told them the custom doc was reporting a higher purchase amount but they instead chose to repeatedly call me wrong. The customer service was terrible and added to my stress concerning the situation.

Shipping all held up in customs, didn't realize i had to pay extra for the import fees - also, you're out of the Victor 50 mL bottles, so now I have to wait a long time and can't produce inventory. the only good thing was that customer service emails were helpful and informative.
