This is the THIRD time ordering from this company. Every single time the jars have come broken. The lids were packaged so irresponsibly that all but a few were usable. I asked the company to please oversee how my future orders were packaged and while they said they were on top of it, my recent order just arrived and almost all the jars are broken. Just stay away if you want to keep your sanity. I am in the process of trying to launch my website and now this. Ridiculous.

I always enjoy browsing the many offerings that Stocksmetic has online. This time, I had a question about some items in my cart, and they got right back to me and cleared them up so that I could order the correct item. A pleasure to work with.

doesn't send the refund, don't buy! I have purchased from this company in December 2025, but the caps didn't match the sprayers as they were screw caps, not suitable for a spray neck. I notified the company, purchased the matching sprayers and asked for a return and refund. First I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and pay for the postage by myself. Since any EU online seller has to accept withdrawals within 14 days the restocking fee is unlawful and I told them so, but sent the item back at my cost. My tracking proves the item has been delivered back 5 weeks ago, but I still have not received my refund of about 105 €. I have emailed several times but they have nothing but multiple excuses. I am going to escalate the case with PayPal now, as this is absolutely unacceptable.

Un azienda veramente professionale , i flaconi sono ottimi e hanno tanta scelta ma tanto merito va’ dato al servizio clienti di questa azienda perché non è facile servire un parco clienti così vasto considerata la tipologia di attività e tutte le teste…. che ci sono dentro , noi siamo nuovi clienti , certamente al momento i più piccoli provenienti purtroppo dalla provincia più degradata in Italia eppure siamo stati seguiti in tutti gli ordini con dedizione e professionalità anche nelle scelte , quindi non posso che ringraziarli

Trabajan bien, y tienen un buen servicio al cliente. Nosotros llevamos 4 años ya comprando envases con ello, la única pega, que no siempre tienen stock o que a veces algunos envases dejan de traerlos, imagino que por falta de demanda, cosa que es comprensible pero deberían de avisar a los clientes de ese tipo de referencia para que estén preparados. Es por ese detalle que nosotros trabajamos con ellos las ediciones especiales y no toda la linea. Aun así, mi puntuación es un 10, hacen un buen trabajo.

I was not informed that for my articles a crimping machine was required. When returning to customer service via mail the information to help was very poor. No further help. I think you sell a crimping machine. The lady said you don't have this so that my products are actually useless. Very sad about this since I do like the different kinds of packaging. But not for any use so I have to search again for some nice spray bottles that can be used.

We waited almost 2 months for products to be shipped - we payed asap with paypal. ALso customer service was bad - we never got info, when it will be shipped, no matter how many emails we sent.

The shopping experience is good, however long wait times for processing orders and packaging can be improved. Two of my roller bottles that I ordered came in broken due to them not being properly wrapped. They were all placed into one bag with no individual wrapping. I did not return them because I didn’t want to pay the shipping cost and the processing time of 15 days is too long to wait for replacements.

Délais entre la commande et la livraison de 1 mois et demi sans aucune information à la commande d'un délai aussi long et malgré un mail pour demander le délai où l'on ma répondu que comme d'habitude le délai était de 15 jours avant l'envoi.

Très bon produits de bonne qualité, livraison rapide et bon service client. Dommage que les frais de port vers la France soient si élevés...Mais très bon fournisseur.
