Esperienza d’acquisto molto positiva, ho acquistato una giacca antivento che però, dopo averla pagata, mi è stato detto che non era più disponibile. Immediatamente mi è stato restituito l’importo che avevo versato e per il disguido mi è stato fornito un buono sconto di 15 € che ho sfruttato immediatamente per un’altra giacca , sono stati corretti e veloci. sono pertanto molto soddisfatto dell’azienda in effetti io nel mio abbigliamento sportivo o solo ed esclusivamente Ale’.

Body esteticamente spettacolare, indossato solamente per provare la taglia, ho scelto la M dopo essere dimagrito e ci sto bene, aderisce come una seconda pelle. Devo solo stare attento a non prendere peso altrimenti...

I still have received my order # 210964. DHL is holding my order as it requires some shipping fee for it to be released. I’ve order many products from ALE over the years and this has never happened. I’ve reached out multiple times to ALE and they haven’t gotten back to me at all.

In our systems, we also do not see any previous messages from you regarding this order; otherwise, we would have been happy to help immediately. We would like to clarify that your order was shipped from outside the United States. As noted in the “Payment Options” section of our website: “Shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are added on top of the order total.” A brief notice about this is also shown before checkout to inform customers that any customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. This policy has always been in place. Since this is your first order on our website, it is possible that in previous purchases you used another site, such as our US distributor, where customs fees may not have applied.
