Ich habe ein Radtrikot bei Alecycling direkt im Online Shop bestellt. Leider hat die Größe nicht gepasst, die passende war nicht verfügbar. Ich wollte nun das Trikot zurücksenden, wenn ich jedoch mein Geld erstattet bekommen möchte, funktioniert dies nicht. Man wird online über mehrere Schritte an den Möglichkeiten einen Gutschein zu erhalten vorbei geführt. Wenn ich mein Geldbetrag zurück möchte, ist diese Funktion jedoch nicht verfügbar!! Der Kundendienst konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen.

I have ordered from Alé twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. The quality of their cycling apparel is simply exceptional. I currently own jerseys, bib shorts, summer base layers and gloves and every single item has exceeded my expectations. The fabrics are lightweight, highly breathable, and incredibly comfortable, even during long rides in hot weather. The fit is excellent—performance-oriented without feeling restrictive. The sizing guide is accurate as well. I am 178 cm tall, weigh 71 kg (chest 96–97 cm, waist 85 cm, hips 95–96 cm), and size M fits me perfectly. It is snug enough for cycling performance but never uncomfortably tight, and it doesn't flap in the wind. Another thing I really appreciate is that the colors shown on the website match the products I received, which is not always the case with online shopping. Shipping from Italy to Romania via DHL Express was fast, reliable, and completely hassle-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. What keeps bringing me back to Alé is the consistency. Every product I have purchased has been beautifully made, with premium materials, excellent stitching, and attention to every detail. You can genuinely feel the passion and expertise that goes into designing their clothing. After trying many cycling brands over the years, Alé has become my favorite by far. The combination of quality, comfort, fit, style, and reliability is hard to beat. I can wholeheartedly recommend Alé to any cyclist looking for premium cycling apparel. I will definitely continue buying from them in the future. Thank you, Alé, for making cycling even more enjoyable!
