I can honestly say Amati models are great. Even though I had a couple of problems with my kit, and after contacting Amati regarding the issues which they immediately corrected, I can say this company cannot be faulted. I could have easily knocked stars off but I chose not to because of their communication and immediate assistance. I highly recommend this company to any model maker.

Die Auswahl an Zubehörartikeln im Amati-Online-Shop ist überragend. Die Bearbeitungs- und Lieferzeit war sehr kurz. Die Verpackung war vorbildlich. Sehr wertig und liebevoll. Grundsätzlich habe ich festgestellt, daß die Amati-Modellbausätze von hoher Qualität sind. Die Preise sind somit gerechtfertigt. Ich bestelle bei Bedarf gerne wieder.

Compro spesso e volentieri da Amatimodel, spesso per la quantità e l'ottima qualità del materiale che il negozio mette a disposizione dell'acquirente, volentieri per la serietà della ditta e la gentilezza del servizio clientela. Aggiungo cura nell'imballaggio della merce e puntualità nella spedizione.

Il primo punto a favore è la semplicità con cui è possibile effettuare gli acquisti on-line sul sito Amati. Il secondo è la velocità con cui avviene la spedizione e la scelta di utilizzare un corriere che consegna davvero entro il giorno successivo. Eccellente il servizio clienti che segue l'acquirente, in caso di problemi, con cortesia ed efficienza anche per piccoli ordini.

Ho acquistato la lancia baleniera e devo dire che ordine e consegna sono stati fulminei. Tutto ottimo il materiale contenuto nella scatola. Peccato che alcune parti metalliche (tubetto in ottone ecc.) non c'erano dentro la scatola, ma può succedere.
