Der Erstkontakt und die Lieferung waren zuverlässig und zufriedenstellend. Leider war die Holzqualität nicht so wie ich es von Amati gewöhnt war und habe das beanstandet. Daraufhin bot man mir einen Umtausch an, der nicht näher definiert war. Dieser, in Aussicht gestellt, „Umtausch“ wurde von mir hinterfragt und seitdem vergehen Wochen des Wartens, unterbrochen von meinen Rückfragen. Das Management zur Kundenzufriedenheit hätte nicht mal ein Stern verdient. Ich werde versuchen meine Geld zurück zu bekommen vielleicht kommt dann Bewegung in den Vorgang.

Pour le TITANIC pas de problème, Qualité des découpes et clareté de la notice de montage. Pour le FLY par contre la notice de montage laisse à désirer il y a beaucoup de manquement d'explication.

Ho acquistato pezzi di ricambio per due aerografi badger. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Oggetti nuovi, corrispondenti alla richiesta spedizione con costo ragionevole ed in tempi brevi. Venditore raccomandato.

Da ich aus Deutschland bestellt habe dachte ich mir die Lieferung dauert bestimmt zwei Woche oder so, weit gefehlt Montags habe ich eine Email bekommen das die Bestellung raus ist und am Donnerstag steht das Paket vor meine Tür. Das nenne ich mal schnell. Die Versandkosten ab 400€ Weltweit Frei finde ich klasse. Schöne Weihnachten und einen Guten Rutsch in Neue Jahr

regarding my recent order from Amati, overall I’d say the experience achieved about an 80% satisfaction level. The website was easy to navigate, the product selection was clear, and checkout felt smooth and straightforward. I appreciated how simple it was to find what I needed without jumping through hoops. The only real downside was the delivery. Everything arrived safely, but the tracking and dispatch updates weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. It wasn’t a deal‑breaker, just a bit frustrating when you’re excited for your order. That said, once the package arrived, the product itself was exactly as described, and the quality lived up to what I hoped for. I am looking forward to starting the build in the new year.

Acquistato modellino dichiarato in scala 1/72 mentre in realtà era 1/144. Scritta mail all'assistenza, nessuna risposta
