The website of Angelico is good enough to buy something from a technical point of view, but there is a very basic customer experience problem: some photos do not correspond to the same article. Also the logic flow in the website has major improvement opportunities. My experience with Angelico in the stores is excellent. But the internet site ... can definitely be improved. I will not buy online from the Angelico website anymore. That is sad because I really like the suits, they fit me perfectly, but I live in the Netherlands and if I have to go to Italy every time I buy a suit ... then I better find another brand closer to my place, or a website that has more accurate visual information.

I primi contatti con l'azienda sono risultati, sia per via telematica che telefonica, oltre le mie più rosee aspettative. Cortesia, gentilezza e indicazioni pratiche su misura e taglio del prodotto che ho acquistato sono state eccellenti. Indicazioni preziose mi sono giunte dal servizio telefonico dove una Vs collaboratrice mi ha indicato taglio adatto alla mia conformazione fisica sulla base delle misure che ho fornito.
