Das Produkt kam sehr gut verpakt an und mache einen guten Eindruck. Leider waren die Bohrlöcher nicht ganz bündig, so dass man die Schrauben schräg/schief verschrauben musste. Auch fehlte dafür eine Anleitung, wie herum die Dichtung eingesetzt werden muss. Das erschloss sich nicht so ganz intuitiv. Weiterhin wurde eine eigentlich kostenloser Versand plötzlich mit 20,23 € in Rechnung gestellt und trotz Nachfrage gab es bis heute keine Antwort darauf. UPDATE: Nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde ein Systemfehler eingestanden und der Betrag anstandslos zurücküberwiesen. So geht Service.

Ho acquistato un orologio da parete. L’ articolo e’ bellissimo e fedele alla foto. Arrivato in tempi rapidissimi. Consiglio solo di esplicitare meglio che in dotazione arrivano anche i chiodi per appenderlo. E’ un plus che vale la pena di ricordare.

La qualità è quella che aspettavo, cioè molto buona. Unico difetto, secondo me, è il foglietto illustrativo dell’assemblaggio. Poco chiaro! forse bisognerebbe o mettere dei numeretti sui diversi pezzi (almeno su quelli che possono fare nascere un dubbio) oppure fare in modo che il contenuto del pacco sia ordinato in funzione della cronologia dell’assemblaggio.
