Asolo TPS 535 LTH V evo

In my opinion these are the best non-Goretex full grain leather boots out there although I had to buy direct as the 535's are not available in UK stores. My UK regular shoe size (in Clark's) is 8.5 and a 9.5 standard width in these boots fits me perfectly. I'm looking forward to many more comfortable all terrain miles in them thanks to the excellent TPS cushioning system.

Asolo TPS 535 LTH V evo

This is the second pair of Asolos (TPS 535 LTH V evo) that I have purchased. I am using this new boot on a daily basis to help support my feet (I'm old :-)) and thus really helps my foot stability. I do put inserts into the boot to give padding to my feet. The previous pair had the misfortune of the outer tread area separating from the support 'foam?' and thus the boot became unusable ( I was quite surprised at this as I only hiked a few times in them - but - I did have them for about ten years in which they were mostly in the closet.) The boot is excellent in both quality and workmanship and worth the dollars spent.

“ Having worn, and worn out, my Asolo leather (EVO) hiking boots over 20 years they final gave in and one boot completely separated between boot upper and sole. But I couldn’t find anything available locally that was truly comparable in Ottawa so I had no real choice but to purchase a replacement pair online direct from Asolo. Luckily my boots (Évo) were still in production and there was no doubt about sizing, so ordering on line was the way to go. After a couple of weeks waiting, not bad during a pandemic, my new boots arrived in the mail. Love my new boots.”

Ces chaussures sont de véritables pantoufles. J’ai opté pour le modèle large car mon expérience passée de la marque m’avait indiqué que le chaussant était un peu étroit et je ne le regrette pas, c’est parfait (bien que je n’ai pas le pied large). La construction est très bien réalisée et l’adhérence sans faille sur tous les terrains. C’est lourd, encore que pour ce type de chaussures pas tant que ça, solide, et l’on peut abattre les km sans souci avec.

Asolo TPS 535’s are awesome! I love the dark brown leather and the lacing seems better than the 520 for me, I like the cambrelle lining too! Please keep making the 535’s they’re my go to boots for everything! Also for those linemen out there looking for a pole climbing boot alternative to bulky heavy duty line boots these are just right! Very supportive midsole for strapping on your hooks and doing some climbing! I prefer the cambrelle lining over Goretex as the cambrelle doesn’t get as hot in the summer months! I’d say the TPS boots are the best boots I’ve ever owned Both the 520 and 535 models are great!

The TPS 535 LTH V is the finest boot that I have ever owned (and I have purchased many pairs over the years). I am a geologist who does much field work in the American West (Montana mostly). This boot is perfect for me. Comfortable, great support, and no break in needed. This is the perfect boot. Keep making it! Please!
