I had a pair of my wife's hiking boots resoled. They were sent back to the factory in Italy using their resoling service. The customer service and arrangements were made using the Asolo website. The resoling service was very efficient and the customer service/contact was excellent. The workmanship and result were top-notch. I highly recommend the resoling service to enable anyone to keep putting miles/kilometers on their Asolo boots.

I did a resoling in a pair of biking boots. The communication with the company to order a resoling is very easy and clear.

A bit more communication would have been nice. E.g. when the shoes to repair had arrived at Asolo. Or an expected time to repair, since I sent it over Christmas. I became worried in late January if you had received the shoes, since even taking Chistmas into account the state time on the website for a repair was long due. The work itself was very good.

The Asolo customer service team was helpful throughout the process: from handling my initial inquiry to sharing the process for re-soling boots to their provision of shipping options to Italy and the return postage. The workmanship of the re-soled boots is top notch. The boots continue to fit wonderfully. Looking forward to many future treks with my restored Asolo Fugitive GTX boots.

Asolo online worked out great! I tried buying a pair of Asolo hiking boots through a website retailer, but they couldn’t fill the order, so I went straight to Asolo. Despite the international nature of the transaction (currencies, shipping, language), my purchase went smoothly and the boots were delivered quickly - just as they promised. No complaints, very happy with the product and the service! Heading out for a hike now!

Le scarpe Space GV che ho acquistato si sono rivelate un ottimo acquisto. Ho prima acquistato le Space GV colore Beluga e la calzata si è rivelata ottima con una suola con una buona aderenza ed un'elevata qualità della pelle della tomaia. La struttura della tomaia anche in goretex si è rivelata efficacia in caso di pioggia anche intensa con assenza di passaggio dell'acqua all'interno mantenendo la necessaria traspirabilità. Il modello è inoltre adatto, oltre che in montagna, anche ad un uso in ambito cittadino abbinato ad un abbigliamento sportivo/elegante. Le Space GV colore Beluga hanno pienamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative e dopo alcuni mesi ne ho acquistato un altro paio di colore Dark Brown. Il servizio di spedizione è stato puntuale con informazioni date sempre in modo gentile. Complimenti per la qualità dei prodotti forniti. Fabio

Start to finish the process of resoling my hiking boots took 30 days. While the total cost (shipping, customs, resoling) wasn't much shy of a new pair of boots, these have been with me for more than 15 years. They also took me to the summits of the 46 highest Adirondack Peaks, and then some. The process was relatively simple and support from Asolo was superb!
