I had my old boots resoled, and they came back BETTER THAN NEW! The whole experience was easy and convenient.

I went to grab my hiking boots and the soles were like dried crumbly marshmallows. I went in line to review my options. Saw I could have them resoled. It was 60 bucks freight. A new pair was 250 so i weighed my options. Then I remembered the hundreds of miles I’ve hiked on multiple continents and relived its worth keeping them. The return process was pretty straight forward. You pay the invoice, send the shoes back to Europe, and in about a month the shoes return. I was amazed by the final product. The brand new soles were a major upgrade - they also changed the laces. The shoes are like brand new. It’s a little bit of work but well worth it. The shoes are 10 years old but the uppers were in good shape. Now with the new soles they are better than a new pair as I still have the memories and good vibes from the old shoes. Glad I did it.

I recently had my Asolo boots resoled by Asolo in Italy. I absolutely love my boots, and wanted it done correctly. As I live in California, this seemed a bit daunting but it couldn’t have been better. From the initial request, to the excellent customer service, beautiful restoration, and the fast FedEx shipping… the whole process was outstanding! I highly recommend using this exceptional service to restore your boots to their original condition!

The Asolo team have brought my old pair back to life. An amazing sole replacement & cleaned up the shoes like they are new. Very pleased with the outcome with clear communication & updates throughout

The repair service was excellent. The new soles were superior to the original ones. The repair cost was reasonable. The process was a bit confusing probably because I'm English-speaking and unfamiliar with procedures in European countries. The expense of shipping my boots to Italy was considerably greater than I expected. It would be nice if the customer could access the shipping rates that Asolo has which were considerably less. However, I am happy with the finished product.

Buty Asolo TPS 535 wysłałem do firmy na wymianę podeszw i otoku. Obecnie są o wiele lepsze i wygodniejsze jak nowe. Bardzo polecam buty i usługi Asolo.

The dealings with Asolo was great. But my boots were stuck in customers for over 2 months and I had no idea what was happening. When I emailed Asolo they did give me an update quickly and politely. But after 6 weeks I had assumed I would never see them again. So 4 stars for Asolo but for the resoling process as a whole - plan a long turn around time.

I had my GTX's resoled. Super happy with the result, they look new again! Amazing job Asolo! If it wasn't for all the duty charges and shipping, i would use this service all the time...the cost came to almost that of a new pair of boots.
