Resoling. Better than new

The shoes were beautifully resoled and look like new. I appreciate that breaking them back in will be easy. The cost of shipping was very high but worth it.

I was in need of having my much loved Asolo hiking boots resoled. Asolo was very punctual in all communications & interactions and then surprised me by giving me a brand new pair of the same boots I had submitted for repair. During this process the US Postal Service lost the boots for almost 4 months before recovering them. All of Asolo’s people were most helpful and timely always exceeding expectations. Going forward, I will go out of my way to locate & purchase their quality products. Asolo is a first rate organization with high standards in all aspects of their business.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Asolo.com. When I placed my order, a waterproofing spray was included as a free gift in the package. Following a size exchange, I returned the entire package as requested (labels, shoes, and spray). To my surprise, the new package was sent back to me without the spray. Customer service informed me that in the case of a return, no additional spray is provided, even for a simple size exchange. I find this unfair and poorly explained: not only do we have to pay €30 for the exchange, but we also lose the originally offered gift. Had I been informed, I would not have returned the spray. It is a shame, because the quality of Asolo shoes is excellent, but this experience leaves a negative impression of the customer service and after-sales support.

From the beginning to the end, my resoling experience was as well orchestrated as an Puccini opera and as smooth as fine Italian leather. Customer service was top notch and communications were prompt and responsive. The finished product is unimaginably fantastic. It is obvious that true craftsman performed their skills on my boots and made them better than new. I highly recommend this program and I’m highly impressed with the entire process and the people that were involved with it. I thank you and my feet thank you.

Easy to order what I needed, good sizing guidance so I was able to order the correct size and width. The boots are very comfortable . Arrived very quickly as promised. Well packaged.

Quality of work was great. But it took around 4 months to resole. A thing to remember is that they(entire company) take August off.

I put the boots in to Asolo for a resole. They have come back in excellent condition and very glad I did. Their people were very great in helping me through the process which was somewhat complicated given the need to send the boots across the globe.

I sent my very old Asolo boots for a repair, they came back almost as new. The only downside was that it took 3 months.

Had my boots resoled. They did a great job, but with shipping and tarriffs, it was more expensive or more so than buying a new pair of boots.
