Re soled boots required since the previous soles separated on both boots, thr glue compound perished. Original soles had very little ware! This should not have happened. However resoling cheaper than buying new. Happy with the new soles, boots once again as new.

I recently had my 10 year old 200 GV GoreTex boots resoled by Asolo's service. I was *extremely* impressed when I got them back: aside from replacing the soles they must have cleaned/reconditioned the leather to some extent because they literally looked like new. The whole process, including x shipping to/from within Europe took 3-4 weeks.

Customer service is very very hard to get a hold of and takes forever to hear back from them. I needed to exchange the size and have been given the run around for weeks. When they do reply, they don’t even address what needs to be done. It costs $13 to get the item shipped to you, but if you need to return or exchange them, be prepared to pay an additional $100 out of pocket. The worst customer service and system I’ve ever dealt with.

Livraison rapide par contre le retour d’un colis devait être simplifié. Pourquoi ne pas passer par Mondial relay ou autre plateforme. Le coût de la livraison plus le coût du retour sont élevés ! Dommage

I liked the fact that the boots were renewable. I thought the boots were trash but they look like new after being refurbished. I even need to break them in again. I was disappointed in the order process, not so much the process itself but the timing of events. I was committed to paying for the resoling and shipping from Italy before I found out the cost of shipping from the US to you as well as the cost of duty which all told cost me an additional 170 dollars US. I really had no choice but to move forward. I am satisfied with the final product.

Great boots and even better service! I sent an old pair back to be resoled and they came back like new. The old pair took a long time to break in because I should have bought a larger size, but now they fit like a glove! I love the boots so much I purchased another pair in 1/2 size larger.

This is the first time I buy Asolo products online. The sale experience is smooth. However, the delivery part migh be better. It was a FedEx delivery to Norway. FedEx didn't try to deliver a parcel until I contacted their customer service.

Die Wiederbesohlung meiner Wanderschuhe lief schnell und unkompliziert. Ich hatte die Schuhe in weniger als 14 Tagen wieder zurück, trotz Versand aus Deutschland. Die Verarbeitung der neuen Sohle ist super und der erste Einsatz am Berg auch erfolgreich absolviert. Vielen Dank für das tolle Angebot!
