Non è la prima volta che compro Asolo, online e in negozio, e mi sono sempre trovata bene, sono scarpe resistenti che durano anni. Queste ultime scarpe da trekking sono comode e molto belle, le metterò alla prova. Unica nota di demerito il corriere BRT che mi ha lasciato la scatola in giardino sotto la pioggia scrosciante di questi giorni. Per fortuna c'era la doppia scatola, altrimenti avrei dovuto fare il reso.

J'adorais mes ASOLO ( 49) et je ne retrouvais ni le modèle ni ma pointure. J'ai reçu la proposition de ressemelage et j'ai tenté... Génial, mes chaussures sont revenues comme neuves et je repars pour un tour. Un grand merci, mais n'oubliez pas les grandes tailles dans vos collections.

I love my sturdy waterproof and comfortable Asolo hiking boots, so I was crushed when I realized the soles were simply wearing out. The factory Asolo resoling process let me keep my comfortable and intact leather uppers and breathed new life into them for a fraction of the cost of replacement. US shoppers should price outgoing shipping options carefully, and also consider that Italian import duties of just over $20 will be added to the final cost through no fault of Asolo. The re-soling work done at the factory was impeccable, the boots were returned well-packed, in a new box, cleaned and leather treated and with new laces. I had to look twice to appreciate that the entirety of the boots were not new replacements. Honestly, I could not be more thrilled with Asolo, my communication with their team, the work done, or my choice to save these boots. The boots and your customer service have made me an Asolo fan for life! Thank you!

The Asolo website was easy to navigate and it was very easy to complete a purchase. They shipped my shoes quickly using express shipping. I received the shoes in the Midwest from Italy in 2 days.

What a fantastic service. Everyone I dealt with, I stress everyone, at Asolo was pleasant, professional and courteous. The boots were returned to me in such excellent condition, it’s worth every penny. Some lessons learned if posting from the UK; don’t use Royal Mail and mark the value as €0 to avoid the extortionate Italian taxes on import. Once Asolo had the boots they turned them around same day and the day after saying they were completed they were on my feet, truly remarkable. Everything on the boots was fixed, the footbed was replaced, the outer and mid-sole replaced and laces replaced (with a spare pair in the box for me). They also added a sturdy rubber toecap to the boot which makes them look amazing and will, I am sure, prolong the life of them. These started out as great boots, this service has just extended their lifespan indefinitely!

Je suis vraiment très content d'avoir eu mes chaussures prises en charge par ASOLO. Je regrette vraiment pas mon choix de départ pour cette marque qui en plus de la prestation dite, ils ont réparer d'autres choses sur ma paire de chaussure de montagne. Vraiment ce sont des pro que je recommande et celà m'a convaincu définitivement de racheter des chaussures de cette marque pour d'autres choses. Sébastien
