J'ai fait une demande de ressemelage de mes chaussures de randonnée qui avaient une dizaine d'années. Le travail réalisé est vraiment excellent, je pars avec des nouvelles chaussures! À noter que quand on passe la commande et on rajoute 20€ pour le transport, cela corresponds au retour du colis. L'envoi est à payer par le client. Dans tout cas, je suis très content du résultat et du rapport qualité-prix.

Innanzitutto sono MOLTO soddisfatto. Ho acquistato la mia Asolo Fugitive GTX nel 2014 come parte del mio kit di equipaggiamento per l'Afghanistan. Sono un appaltatore della difesa degli Stati Uniti ed ex medico delle forze speciali. Ho scelto questi stivali dopo un'approfondita ricerca che includeva il contributo dei miei colleghi della comunità degli operatori speciali. Asolo era sempre in cima alla loro lista. Ho trascorso più di un anno in varie parti dell'Afghanistan, tra cui Bagram AFB, Kandahar, Harat, Nau Zad e Lashkar Gah. Questi luoghi rappresentavano alcuni degli ambienti più difficili che potresti mai sopportare. Da montagne, deserto, ghiaccio, neve, roccia, fango e ghiaia. Durante il mio tour, i miei piedi sono rimasti asciutti e caldi. Erano magici. L'anno scorso, le suole alla fine hanno ceduto e mi sono trovata di fronte al dilemma di buttarle via o trovare un modo per risuolarle. Ho trovato la risposta sul sito di Asolo. Ho inviato un modulo di richiesta resole e immagini e ho aspettato un paio di giorni per una risposta. Mi hanno inviato i dettagli su cosa fare dopo e ho effettuato il pagamento facilmente tramite PayPal. Ho spedito i miei stivali in Italia e 3 settimane dopo mi sono stati restituiti come nuovi. Meglio, in effetti! Includevano anche un paio di lacci in più. Durante l'intero processo, Ludovica Zanatta si è assicurata personalmente che mi prendessi cura di me in ogni fase. Era anche molto attenta quando avevo domande. Le scarpe sono bellissime! Consiglierò Asolo a chiunque incontri e rimarrò un cliente fedele (se questi stivali dovessero mai essere sostituiti). First and foremost, I am VERY satisfied. I purchased my Asolo Fugitive GTX in 2014 as part of my load out kit for Afghanistan. I'm a US Defense Contractor and former Special Forces Medic. I chose these boots after exhaustive research which included input from my colleagues in the Special Operators community. Asolo was always on top of their list. I spent over a year in various parts of Afghanistan to include, Bagram AFB, Kandahar, Harat, Nau Zad, and Lashkar Gah. These places represented some of the harshest environments you could ever endure. From mountains, desert, Ice, snow, rock, mud and gravel. Throughout my tour, my feet remained dry and warm. They were magic. Last year, the soles finally gave out and I was faced with the dilemma of tossing them out or finding a way to resole them. I found the answer on Asolo's website. I sent a resole request form and pictures and waited a couple days for an answer. They sent me the details of what to do next and I made my payment easily through PayPal. I shipped my boots to Italy and 3 weeks later, they were returned to me good as new. Better, in fact! They even included an extra pair of shoelaces. During the whole process, Ludovica Zanatta personally insured I was taken care of at every step. She was also very attentive when I had questions. The shoes are beautiful! I will recommend Asolo to anyone I meet and will remain a loyal customer (If these boots ever need replacing).

End product five star, but the process to get the resoling accepted over multiple days is clunky. Also as an English speaker on an English page, it would be appropriate to receive status updates in english rather than Italian.

The boots I had resoled are like new. Originally they lasted many miles and years. Now they are ready for many more. Everything with the resoling went well. The instructions for shipping were a bit difficult to understand but all went well in the end.

Resoled old (more than ten year) old hiking boots. Asolo walked me through the process, which involved shipping the boots from the United States to Italy and back. A little expensive (shipping was 2/3 of the cost), but very good results and I have my own boots back in perfect shape.
