I am very concerned and disappointed about the return and refund process with the company. I liked the boots but they were to small. Had to send them back and pay the cost $280.00! Then I am still waiting on my refund, even thought they have my boots in the exact way they wanted them returned. All I get from anyone is a run around that it takes time. So disappointed!!!

I shipped my 20 year-old hiking boots from the US to Asolo to be re-soled. I worried that the shipping cost would exceed the benefit of restoring my favorite boots. But Asolo did a beautiful job re-soling, even providing improved toe protection. They also replaced the missing Asolo logo patches, gave me new laces, cleaned and conditioned the leather, and did all of this very promptly.

Immer wieder würde ich den Schuh kaufen. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Lieferung. Schuhe sind hochwertig, sehr leicht und angenehm am Fuss. Schuh wurde eine Nummer größer gewählt und passt hervorragend.

First thoughts were they were a little loose. I wear a size ten in most shoes and that includes my other Asolo boots. I was going to send back but ship cost high so put inserts in and fit is much better. Over the last couple weeks of wearing they are feeling really good, so happy with purchase. Funny story, when I bought this shoe I purchased from Asolo at regular price. I’m on their mailing list so not two or three day after buying at regular price they send out a special Price drop on one of their boots and guess what, it’s the same boot I bought but at 40% off. I immediately contacted them to see if they would give me the sale price. Their response, NO we can’t do that for you. Thanks Asolo, my bad for not having better timing!
