Ho inviato un paio di scarponi da trekking per la risuolatura, spedizioni e tempi rispettati. Purtroppo mi è arrivato senza una cucitura laterale, per cui ho dovuto rispedire il pacco e perdere altro tempo, solo per questo non do il voto più alto. Per il resto disponibilissimi e gentilissimi quando si è presentato il disguido, ottima comunicazione per email e celerissimi nel sistemare tutto.

This was a great experience. The service and communication were first rate. When I received my resoled boots back from ASOLO, they were better than new - already broken in and brand new soles! The cost for the service was entirely reasonable...but shipping overseas was expensive. The overall cost was close to the purchase price of a new pair of boots, but overall it was worth it.

Sehr zufrieden, Neubesohlung, Verpackung sehr gut. Leider war Service von FedEx miserabel, die Zustellung wurde 3x aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen verschoben.

Le service de remplacement des semellles a été fait avec soucis du détail et très bien exécuter. Je le recommande fortement. Parcontre les frais d envoies et de douane sont astronomiques bien vous renseigner.

I've purchased Asolo 520GTX boots for 30 years. I like the way they fit, how well they're made, and especially how they look. I wear them daily which takes a toll on the soft Vibram soles. I sent my most recent pair back to Asolo to be re-soled and when they were shipped back there is a large rubber cap over the toe. There was no mention that this was part of the process and had someone informed me ahead of time I would have declined because I do not like how they look now. It was expensive to ship them from the USA and I'm quite dissatisfied.

Dea customer, thank you for taking the time to review our service. We underline in the general information before requesting the resoling that: "Which materials we use: where possible and we have available, we use all the original materials of the model; in case the model is out of our collection and so we do not have any more available the original-same materials, the model will get resoled with the new outsoles (which perfectly fit for your boots or shoes). Furthermore, if the upper of the boot-shoe is slightly damaged on the lateral points, a rubber rand will be added in order to be able to proceed with the resoling and protecting the upper." As in your case, we added the rubber protection in order to protect and cover the damaged leather and proceed with the resoling.
