Ho fatto risuolare due paia di scarpe. Servizio efficiente e veloce. Sono state rimesse a nuovo con mia grande soddisfazione trattandosi di modello non piu in produzione. Customers Center gentile ed efficiente.

I am very satisfied! I sent my boots for resolling - they came back as new. I really appreciate that Asolo proposes this service at a good value and effectively commits itself for the quality & durability of its products ( for eco & environment).

What I liked: the shoes after resoling look very new again. They have a different sole profile than previously but that is fine. What I did not like: you have to pay in advance for the service, not knowing how good it is. There are no examples on the webpage of Asolo. how well it worked. Only after the shoes had been already sent off to Italy I finally got a reply from a person. Before that I was receiving automated messages. That felt not very reassuring after paying the money and not knowing if the service will actually work. So please give some examples on your webpage how a shoe repair cycle works preferably with some pictures or a video. And reply through a customer service agent rather than a generic message without any association to a person. Thank you.

I waited for months and months to order what I thought would be the perfect shoe from Asolo! Finally, back in stock in my size, and I ordered it right away. Fast shipping and the product arrived. Unfortunately the right shoe has a stitching issue near my big toe, which will certainly cause pain over time. Left shoe was fine. I tried to return the shoe as a defect, or just return the shoe period. The shipping charge was 75 Euro!! No exceptions from customer service. More than half the price of the shoe. I had no idea this shoe was shipping from Italy and needed to be returned to Italy. I loved the design of the shoe and the fit. It's disappointing that the company would not pay for return shipping with a defective product. No exceptions from Asolo. I will never be ordering from Asolo again.

The re-souling work looks great, but there were some unexpected fee's when clearing customs from the United States. It was more expensive than anticipated, and it took a very long time to get to the factory.

When the boots arrived I was very pleased. They looked like new boots. Like any new boot, I am wearing them around the house. They feel fine on my feet. The shipping to and from the factory was more than I expected, but the workmanship is exceptional. If the tops are still in good condition when the soles wear out I will consider having them resoled once again. Thank you Asolo.
