prinzipiell bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden mit Asolo, die aktuell bestellten Schuhe weichen jedoch von der Größe und auch der optischen Werthaltigkeit auffällig ab, bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis der Retoure und das was da noch kommt.

I had my hiking boots resoled and couldn't be happier with the result. The boots look brand new. Navigating international shipping was a challenge but Asolo's customer service for international customers was excellent.

1 The product is as always EXCELLENT: light, strong and comfortable boots or trail shoes ready to wear: no need to 'wear them in' as with old school leather boots. No blisters. 2. The re-soling service is excellent. 3. Shipping and distribution is excellent. Very fast. Be careful with FedEx who sometimes claim to have attempted delivery when they haven't rung the doorbell but usually get there in the end. It would be nice if FedEx could at least give an idea of what part of the day they are delivering e.g. 'between 08.00-14.00' or '15.00-20.00' rather than 'today before 20.00'!

I am very much satisfied. I was concerned that my comment, submitted within 16 hours, to change the size would not be received in time. Instead, I received an email back from an international customer service person “not to worry” that I could do a return (within 14 days). I was still concerned because I received no assurance that the size would be changed (based upon comment) than original order confirmation. I was very pleased when order arrived that the desired size was indeed shipped (avoiding return, time, and shipping charges). Thank you!

I found the customer service to be extremely helpful and prompt at responding to my inquiries. The shipping was faster than I expected, but unfortunately, the boots were the wrong size. I attempted to send them back via FexEx yesterday (within the 14 day exchange/return period, but the cost in doing so was just as expensive as the boots, so that was frustrating since I’m not stuck with a pair of boots that are a half size too big. Aside from that, I was impressed with the professionalism of the company.

The boots did not fit, and I can easily understand that. I am 67 years old and many things don't fit. What I can't understand about Asolo is their incompetence when it comes to customer service. I requested a return label a week ago in order to return my Asolos and have received nothing in return. Most manufacturer or online retail outlet returns takes three or four clicks and 30 seconds. I will NEVER buy an ASOLO product again.

Très satisfaits par nos deux achats de chaussures de randonnée chez Asolo, nous avons un peu hésité à prendre l'option ressemelage quand elles ont commencé à être fatiguées. Finalement, aucun regret ! Nos chaussures sont revenues comme neuves, et pour un rapport qualité-prix très intéressant. Merci Asolo.
