As Asolo Canada doesn't exist any longer, and I needed new boots, Asolo.com was able to fill my need. I received prompt order updates and a tracking number. Thank you Asolo for making an outstanding quality boot. Too bad Asolo USA is such a disappointment.

Cela fait plus de 20 ans que je marche dans du Asolo, que dire si ce n'est que les chaussures Asolo c'est des pantoufles (hyper confortable) de randonnées & indestructibles. C'est des chaussures particulièrement adaptées aux pieds fins.

Of course the boots being Asolo are fabulous, and the shipping was just as great, 3 days from Italy to the Western USA. If I could have gotten my size in the US I would have purchased more locally but I have big feet, couldn't find any locally so I searched farther afield. Thanks Asolo for a great product and it got here just in time.

I have never purchased a pair of Asolo boots from Asolo directly until now. I was beyond satisfied. I was very pleased with how easy it was to navigate the website. I was also very pleased and shocked to receive my boots so fast especially since they were shipped from Europe. The only part I had trouble with was that there were no US dollar amounts. There were US sizes but no dollar amounts. I had to google euro to dollar. I still feel it was all a 5 star experience. Thank you Asolo for a good experience and a good product.

Asolo boots provide support and stability on a rough terrain. The selection of foot ware can accommodate most foot configurations -- narrow, wide, low or high arch. I am using them for heavy duty yard work on a half-acre property (including leaf raking). Thank you Asolo!

Asolo did a great job resoling my boots. Their customer service, speed and efficiency, and communication was excellent. I was grateful that they could be reused rather than going into a landfill as trash. It also saved money as resoling was cheaper than buying a new pair. I was upset to learn that it is common for the soles of these boots to have an “expiration date” at which point the soles just fall off. I hope the Asolo team is looking for a better method that doesn’t have this problem that causes an otherwise great boot to be undesirable.
