Père et fils, nous avons acheté deux paires "Aconcagua" en 2004, puis deux paires " Piz GV" en 2017. En 2020, mon fils a opté pour une paire de "6B GV". A ce jour, nous avons gardé toutes ces chaussures. Car il est difficile de s'en séparer... Merci à ASOLO pour son ressemelage.

apres plusieurs ressemelages effectués , je suis entierement satisfait , contact et mise en oeuvre claires et precis a chaque ressemelage ;travail exemplaire et rapide . troisieme ressemelage et toujours satisfait de ce service .

Après avoir parcouru plus de 5000 km ces dernières cinq années, j'ai fait ressemeler chez Asolo mes chaussures de trekking TPS200 GV. Elles sont revenues comme neuves et elles sont prêtes pour parcourir 5000 autres kilomètres. Beau travail

The resoling work on the boots is excellent. It is like having a new pair with the comfort of a well worn boot. Check postal rates. There were significant costs in shipping the boots from the US.

Good communication, great service. I was surprised (and happy) that my shoes came back with new laces and insoles. However, the new laces are longer than before so I feel I need to buy a replacement so they don't drag on the ground or get caught easily when walking.

I recently backpacked into a remote area of Yellowstone National Park. About 12 miles in, a companion noted that the sole of the left boot had begun to delaminate. Duct tape used to hold the boot together while I hiked back to trail head. The boots were about 10 years old but had only about 250 miles on them. The rest of the boot looked to be in good shape so I went to the Asolo website and found that resoling an option. I was asked to send a picture of the boot and was told that resoling could be done. It was a simple matter to ship the boots to Asolo factory in Italy. Boots back within 30 days. I was amazed when I opened the box. The boots looked new. I had to look inside them to tell that they were indeed my old boots. The fit was perfect. The cost of the resoling was very reasonable. Most of the expense related to shipping costs and taxes(which Asolo had no control over). The total cost probably 1/3 less than the cost equivalent new boots AND I didn’t have to go through the process of breaking a new pair of boots in. I would highly recommend doing this to anyone in similar situation.

Had my favorite 12 year old hiking boots resoled. The whole process was easy on my end (even though I had to send the boots to Italy- my boots went on a little vacation). Very pleased with my new soles! Thank you!
