The website is easy to navigate through making browsing simple. The boots I wanted were in stock , in my size and at a huge discount which was very welcome. They were despatched within 48 hours of ordering and arrived in good time. This was by no means the first time I had purchased items from you and I am certain it won’t be the last.

Everything perfect, super fast delivery, hiking boots very well manufactured and perfect to use. Already introduced in the Alps a week later and no problems at all, perfect fit from day one.

I've used Asolo hiking shoes/boots for about 20 years or so. I have been trying to order this pair since last Jan. 2022 & they finally were in stock. They typically fit me like a glove. This pair although makes an odd sound when walking & it appears it's when the ball of my foot hits the cement. The left shoe also makes an additional sound. Not sure what to make of it.

Ordered hiking boots for my husband’s birthday. The package arrive quickly key received on July 17th. Opened on July 28th on birthday. The size was too large and we immediately request an exchange. Customer service denied request sighting 14 day exchange. We were under that time line and still denied. We are part of an extensive hiking group in our area and will share our poor experience. The boot are great quality but very unhappy with customer service.

I had a pair of 10 year old Fugitive's delaminate while I walked through an airport to start a hiking trip. While I was delighted to find the resoling program, the cost of the resoling, matched by the shipping from the US to Italy and back, and increased by taxes kind of made the whole process a waste of money. Please review this program. You might just offer a coupon for a purchase of a new item as the resoling is really not a value for anyone except Fedex.

Bought my first pair and loved the fit. Went back to the local shoe store that I bought from sold out. Bought second exact same model direct that’s how much I loved them.

Ordered a pair of Space GV shoes on a Thursday evening and received them on Tuesday morning (I live in Dublin, Ireland) so I was very happy with the speed of delivery. I’ve worn the shoes twice so far and am very happy with how well they fit and the security of the grip with the MegaGrip sole material. Overall, I’m very happy and intend to order more shoes/boots from Asolo in the future.
