Very Nice boots, fitting well on my feet. Somewhat expensive and it is a pity Asolo boots are dificult to find in Portuguese shops for trying them before buying. Buying online was easy and efficient: 1,5 days delivery time.

Chaussures légères et confortables. Très bonnes pour la marche tant en ville que sur les sentiers. Très bonnes qualités. Le petit d'Asolo, une seconde paire de lacets d'un autre coloris dans la boite. La classe italienne :) !

Schuhe wurden neu besohlt - super, jetzt sind sie wie neu und leben nochmal mindestens 10 Jahre! Tolle Möglichkeit nachhaltig zu konsumieren. Danke.

E' la seconda esperienza che ho direttamente con ASOLO e sono assolutamente soddisfatto , sia per la rapidità del servizio sia per la esatta corrispondenza del prodotto , nella tipologia e nei colori. Ho trovato anche semplice e chiaro l'accesso al sito di acquisto .on -line.

Still trying to register my boots to initiate a return. Thus far, there has been 0 (zero) support from the Asolo team. I am a professional in the outdoor industry in Hawaii and thought that I might bring the Asolo name into my field, which predominantly uses Merrell. I have a vintage pair of Trail II's that have served me well on the mainland. Extremely disappointed thus far, and my employees will hear about my experience.

Carol and Ludovica where very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I would not have been able to get my boots resoled without their help. The quality and craftsmanship of the resoling is exceptional. Thank you. It was definitely worth it. I suggest you tell customers outside the EU that they will be paying a 37% tax on your service. It came as a surprise to me that I had to pay an extra EU 24. A 37% tax is shockingly high and you should vote to leave the European Union. That would free up Italian businesses to compete more successfully on the global market. Your product is of a high quality and you deserve to be able to compete internationally. Get rid of the European Union and vote them out. Their bloated bureaucrats are stifling your business.

I have had two pairs of Asolo boots and absolutely love them. I ordered two pairs of "trekking boots" for colder and warmer weather. The ordering experience was seamless. This is my first time ordering online boots and I realize that trying them on in person has benefits as the sizing is a bit "tight" - I will be looking into the return process to see how that experience is.

I am thrilled with my newly resoled Asolo hiking boots! They are like new, but with all of the wonderful worn-in features from having worn them on many adventures for the past 10 years - the best of both worlds! The process was very easy and Asolo representatives personally contacted us along the way - letting us know when our boots arrived in Italy and when they were completed and ready to return to us. The customer service was flawless: Asolo is a model many other companies should emulate. Thank you for a great experience and for restoring my beloved boots to a new life!
