This is second pair of Asolo walking boots I have purchased. The first lasted 7years! The website was easy to use and FedEx were great. A great experience alround

Die Neubesohlung wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ausgeführt. Durch die Transportkosten von Deutschland nach Italien ist es allerdings eine teure Angelegenheit. 85 Euro Neubesohlung plus 20 Euro. Also die Hälfte von neuen Schuhen. Ich habe es nicht bereut, weil es meine Volllederschuhe nicht mehr gibt und es nicht nur außen eine neue Sohle gab, sondern auch eine neue Einlegesohle, neue Schnürsenkel und die Gummikappe ist neu oder aufgearbeitet worden. Schnelle Rücklieferung. Ich musste nur 14 Tage auf meine Wanderstiefel verzichten. Nun habe ich hoffentlich weitere 10 Jahre Freude daran.

Everyone was friendly and professional. My complaint with my resoling experience is that the hidden costs that I was not told about. It may have made me just purchase a new pair of boots.

I have owned a pair of Asolo boots for 10 years and have enjoyed every moment wearing them. They were beginning to look tired and the soles were well worn. Having returned them to the factory for resoling they have been returned in all round beautiful condition, fit for another ten years of hard work... The sole of my hiking boots started to disintegrate because the plastic had perished, but they are 15 years old and hadn't been looked after as well as they could have been, so it was no real surprise. The rest of the boots were still in good condition so I was pleased to discover that Asolo offer a resoling service. Communication throughout the process was great and once the boots eventually made it from the UK to Asolo's headquarters in Italy (which took almost 3 weeks) the boots were resoled and returned back to me in the UK in just a few days. The only delay (and extra cost) came with getting the boots from the UK to Italy in the first place, but that had nothing to do with Asolo. The resoled boots are like brand new, so really pleased.
