Sending my old boots to Italy was a little concerning and expensive, however I am completely satisfied with the resoled boots. They look close to brand new and remain "broken in". I would highly recommend.

The resoling of foot wear sold by Asolo is a great company perk for customers and eco friendly. From ordering my resoling request to the delivery of my shoes back in the USA, was a very smooth process. Great job everyone! I love my new 24 yrs used trekking boots.

I bought my hiking boots about 10 years ago. They are great boots. However, the soles came loose, so I requested the resoling service. I started the process in September, finally mailed the boots in early December, had the boots in transit when the order was cancelled in the middle of January... apparently , the boots were somewhere in Italy, but still in transit. I re-requested the service, and got the boots back sometime in late March or early April. (I was out of town when the delivery came.) Whew! Finally. The boots are wonderful. The workmanship is terrific, and I believe they are better than new. I always liked these boots, since the fit was great. I am looking forward to using them again. Thank you very much. Mike Peters

J’ai acheté les chaussures Eiger GTX il y a 10 ans environ et je pratique la cascade de glace et l’alpinisme de temps en temps. Ce modèle était à l’époque sans la guêtre à zip qui recouvre toute la chaussure. J’étais satisfait de la légèreté de la chaussure mais déçu de la résistance de la semelle que j’ai assez vite usée au point de ne plus pouvoir utiliser mes crampons en mode automatique (moins pratique pour la cascade…). Je me suis décidé cette année à tenter le ressemelage des chaussures en les envoyant en Italie chez Asolo.

Bonjour, J'avais commandé des chaussures de marche en ville à la même taille (5) que les miennes achetées il y a qq temps et hélas elles étaient moins large d'un centimètre et donc trop étroites pour mon pied. J'ai à regret ete obligée de les renvoyer (22 euros colissimo) et j'espère être rembourséé de mon achat.

I hade my Asolo Flame GTX boots resoled. They were returned back to me (in Europe) within 3 weeks as I hoped. The Vibram soles and seams are excellent and as new. I have used the boots on several short hikes totaling over 35 km and the boots are working well, as I hoped. I would recommend this resoling service. Thanks to all the team at Asolo for making this possible!

The process of having my shoe soles replaced was completely easy and a cost effective way of adding another decade of use to my boots. The shipping instructions were clear and I received my boots within the promised timeframe. I've already field tested them and the craftsmanship is great!
