My boots have returned looking as good as new in a new box with new laces too! Unfortunately the boots took about 3 months to clear Italian customs which made this a very slow service. Asolo were very responsive in my communication with them during this time. Would highly recommend their service but be cautious if you are sending from abroad. Leave plenty of time if you have any up coming trips!!

Very disappointed with cost of shipping for items being returned! This could be labeled as price gouging!

E' stata un'esperienza positiva. Dopo aver scoperto casulamente che alcune aziende effettuano la risuolatura e, guardando sul sito, sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso che Asolo fosse tra queste. I miei scarponi sono parecchio datati, ma ancora in ottimo stato, Tranne il fatto che le suole non avevano più aderenza e il bordone aveva iniziato a scollarsi. Le risposte alle mie richieste di approvazione del servizio sono sempre state rapide e cortesi. Da quando ho spedito i miei scarponi ho sempre avuto riscontro di cosa stesse accadendo, fino alla riconsegna. Il lavoro mi pare riuscito benissimo (non li ho ancora utilizzati) e nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto, anche del rapporto qualità/prezzo. Sono convinto che questi servizi siano una concreta ed efficace risposta all'approccio ecologico dei prodotti.

die Produkte sind gut, der Service langsam und mäßig, eine Retoure kostet 20.- Euro nach Italien. Ob ich hier noch mal bestelle ist fraglich.

Ma paire de chaussures de randonnée Asolo m'a été offerte par mon père à Noël 2010. Nous sommes en avril 2026 et mes semelles étaient cassées. Je me suis tournée vers le service ressemelage et pour 90 euros, ma paire de chaussure est neuve de nouveau. Mon père est décédé il y a 13 ans et son cadeau de Noël perdure encore grâce aux services exceptionnels d' Asolo. Une chose est sûre, nos chaussures de randonnée dans la famille sont signées Asolo pour des générations! Le ressemelage est invroyable, mes chaussures sont encore plus costaud et solides que lorsqu'elles étaient neuves! J'adore mes chaussures et la qualité dépasse largement le prix! Le mot "Merci" n'est pas assez fort pour vous témoigner toute ma gratitude! Bravo à vous pour vos services, votre savoir faire, vos valeurs! Merci ❤

Asolo is the only boot company I wear for long distance hiking. 5 stars. Excellent service, quick shipping, and good communication. Second pair of boots. Hard use item that is worth every penny. You are paying for quality materials and consistent manufacturing. Excellent company.

I spent around $250 sending a pair of boots to be resoled, after waiting 4 month, customs, I got someone else's boots back. Now I haven't heard anything for several days. Not happy at all with this experience.

Overall excellent service and a top quality resolving of my favorite hiking boots. The price was fair and the international mail service was essential when seeing the cost of mailing a package from US to EU.

I sent my boots to Milan to be resoled. They got stuck in Italian Customs for nearly 4 months but once received by Asolo, were turned around and on their way back within 2 weeks. Asolo customer services were tremendous throughout. Unfortunately the delay meant that I needed to buy another pair of boots in order to get my training in. Asolo of course and they are as ever, so comfy. Always good to have a spare pair 😊

Ho fatto risuolare i miei vecchi scarponi e ora calzano benissimo , meglio di prima ,oltre ad avere una suola più morbida proprio nel punto dove quella vecchia mi procurava alla lunga un indolenzimento al livello del tarso del mignolo sinistro. Grande!
