My ASOLO boots have been serving me for many thousands of kilometers due to the quatily of the boot and the option of resoling. recently I recieved the boots after the latest resoling and I am looking forward to another thousand kilometers with the new soles. In addition to the professional workmanship, I apreceated your proffesional system of recieving and returning the boots.

I own multiple pairs of Asolo shoes and boots. They are made of the highest quality and last for years. The fit is always perfect, the break in period is minimal, and the rubber sole is sticky and durable. I will always purchase from Asolo. Communication is fast and their departments are helpful.

I participated in the resole program. Admittedly, my boots were in rough shape with scuffed leather and torn inner liners. Asolo reconditioned the leather and mended the torn liners in addition to resoling my GV520 boots. I couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the workmanship or service. Thanks!

The quality of the resoling service was excellent... 100% perfect and my hiking boots look brand new. But for customers outside of the EU, it doesn't not make economic sense. I paid close to $US250 in shipping costs and import duty on top of the 60 Euro to resole. It would have made more sense to buy new.

I took off a star because the US vs UK sizing is confusing. I had to return a pair of boots because the wrong size was sent/ordered. Returns are difficult because of attachments required, small print, unclear directions for proper website to get required return number. On the positive side, when I reordered to get the proper size a 40% off coupon was available.
