The factory re-sole service did a great job. The boots arrived and I was very pleased with the results. The repair was good value. However, when I add shipping costs, the total cost was the same as a buying a brand new pair. But this isn’t a problem if you have a perfect pair of boots and would rather keep them going, than break in a new pair.

I have been wearing Asolo footwear for a few years now. I appreciate the quality and the outstanding comfort and fit that I have experienced. I am going to look into resoling a pair of my older hiking boots too.

Non avrai altro scarpone al di fuori di Asolo.. questo il mio motto. Sarà il 6-7 scarpone che acquisto di questa marca e non mi ha mai tradito.. perfetti per il mio piede, fatti bene al prezzo giusto..

L'azienda si è dimostrata seria, precisa e veloce nel gestire il mio ordine, il customer service è stato impeccabile. Ora ho un paio di scarponi praticamente nuovi grazie alla risuolatura, con grande vantaggio anche per la sostenibilità!

Non è la prima volta che utilizzo il servizio di risuolatura di Asolo. Sono un cliente affezionato oramai da oltre 40 anni e ho sempre utilizzato calzature Asolo per la mia attività alpinistica constatando affidabilità, ottima calzata per il mio piede e una significativa durata del prodotto nel corso degli anni. Questo servizio mi ha permesso di ridare una nuova vita alle calzature che in passato mi hanno accompagnato in tutte le mie esperienze anche all'estero. Sono molto soddisfatto. Grazie per questo ottimo servizio di risuolatura.

Good communication from Asolo. It took later than expected from the day I shipped my boots to the day that I received them. Very pleased with the quality of resoleing work. The boots look brand new and are still very comfortable to wear. The shipping costs were higher than expected but overall it was worth it to avoid throwing away a wonderful boot and not buying a new pair. Thank you.

Asolo è da decenni un punto di riferimento per chi cerca calzature affidabili, performanti e durevoli per affrontare i terreni più impegnativi. Sono soddisfatto.

My personal experience was not good, and it could have been avoided. While love my boots, and I am more than happy with the finished product - with all of the fees involved: Asolo's resoling costs, the import/customs fees, and shipping...I ended up paying more than what i would have paid to simply buy a new pair in the US. So - that should have been much, much more clearly stated on Asolo's website. Better - Asolo should do what most manufacturers do in this case: Include the shipping fee to send from wherever the customer is located to the factory in the cost of the resoling fee, and send a printable label for the customer to print off and afix to the box for shipping. That way, there is no guess work on what the real cost of the service is. As I said - happy to have my boots back, and they are in good shape. Not happy at all at the ultimate cost of the service - if I had known it would be this expensive to ship them to Italy and have it done, I would have just thrown them away and started with a brand new pair. Will not recommend Asolo to friends and family...
