Customer service was very responsive before and after the sale. Unfortunately I followed the guidance on shoe size and ordered too small. That resulted in a cost to return that was approximately 1/3 of the cost of the item, very expensive. I pray the new size fits🙏

I have had 4 pairs of your TPS 520’s (resoled as well) since 2004 and have never been let down. From the tops of 14ers in Colorado, 17,000’ in Nepal, guiding on the Appalachian trail for 15 summers, over 20 ski seasons in the Rockies, half a dozen or so international motorcycle trips, and even a few late nights in the dance club, these boots have been there for me through and through. I even wear a black pair at my part time job waiting tables in a 5 star hotel slopeside in Aspen. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard for your product all these years. The classic look always gets compliments. The waterproofness and durability are miles beyond the competition. I am a customer for life. Aaron Snowmass Village Colorado

Le ressemelage de mes chaussures ASOLO s'est très bien passé. Elles sont revenues comme neuves. Je suis ravie de pouvoir continuer à les utiliser, je les adore. Elles sont très confortables. Petite remarque : le prix du transport entre la France et l'Italie est très cher.

Thank you Asolo for your resoling program. I enjoy wearing my hiking boots. I purchased the boots in 2010. The upper material was in very good condition. The sole needed to be replaced. You guys did a fantastic job at resoling. Another 16 years of wearing is what I look forward too.

Die Neubesohlung erfolgte super schnell, mir wurden sogar noch neue Schnürsenkel dazu gelegt und die Schuhe sehen einfach aus wie neu. Immer wieder gerne :)

The craftsmanship in the resole is amazing. As good as new. And they gave me new inserts and laces, which was not expected. Great experience!

It was a great experience to work with asolo team The progress is very smooth. I shipped my boot from US and need to pay the custom import tax. They informed me right the way and also inform me after receivwd it. One more thing is the craftsmanship. I need to resole my old boot. When I got it back, it just looks like brand new. There is no extra glue on the edge and gap. Very nice.

Comme d’habitude, l’achat sur asolo s’est très bien passé. J’ai reçu du bon conseil de leur service clientèle par e-mail et une fois décidé sur le modèle et la taille le colis est arrivé très rapidement à la maison. Je suis ravie d’avoir asolo à mes côtés pour le confort de mes pieds. Je porte les chaussures tous les jours et pas seulement quand je vais randonner. Un service de très haute qualité et des chaussures d’excellente qualité. Je recommande de tout cœur.
