I am extremely happy with the purchase and, especially, the customer service. I called the Asolo branch in Italy and the staff was so helpful and supporting. As I am going on vacation very soon, I wanted to ensure that the shoes would arrive on time - and not only they did - they actually had arrived way before I thought they would! So thank you very much for your support and good products you are making :)

The sole on one of my old Asolo Fugitive GTX boots came loose recently, and so I unexpectedly needed some replacements quickly. I really like the fit of the the Asolo boots, but my local stockists don't have the half size I needed. The boot I ordered was on sale, so even with delivery costs worked out about £20 than anything I could buy in the UK. I placed my order at 3pm and my order arrived 42 hours later! Happy with order process (though the PayPal exchange rate made the boots about £6 more expensive than the advertised UK £ price), and really impressed by speed of delivery from Italy!

This will be my 3rd pair of Asolo boots. Each pair have exceeded my expectations. I have 3 pair for different terrain and conditions not because they have worn out. As a matter of fact I don't think its possible to completely break down a pain of Asolo boots. When I say you won't find a better boot, I mean that because I have tried almost every other brand out there.

I definitely ordered size 10 UK - the order came through size 6 and I never checked the confirmation for size.

Great communication from order to delivery, footwear more competitively priced than buying from sellers in the UK. These are the second pair of boots that I have purchased direct at a discounted price and they will not be the last! Fantastic service thank you.
