I sent my boots for resoling and they are like new again. I’m delighted! Asolo provided detailed instructions for shipping (California/USA to Italy) and the customs process, and an estimated time for resoling return shipping. All were accurate, making the process very straightforward. My emails were answered quickly and customer service is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Thank you Asolo!

I had boots that were only worn once and purchased last winter completely fall apart on me when I put them on for the first time back in September. Unfortunately, it cost me $150 or more to get them fixed. I believe Asolo should have made right on a sole that fell apart in under 6-9 months. Once the boots made it back I had no issue, only issue I had was the lack of quality from the original soles.

I am floored at how good my Asolo boots look after getting resoled by the company. They're better than new. They even repaired a missing mountaineering hook that I was just living with and installed new laces. I'd buy another pair from them, but I'm pretty sure these will last a lifetime.

Great. No issues at all really. It was pricy as in I paid more to repair the boots and ship them to Italy than i paid for the boots when i first purchased them, but they are good boots.

Carol and the team at Asolo made the process of resoling my trekking boots very pleasurable with great communication and excellent efficiency. My boots came back to me in almost new condition. I am very happy.

I love my resoled Asolo hiking boots! The process of shipping them and getting them back was fairly straightforward. My only wish is that there was a US option for resoling. It was expensive to ship them to Italy and I had to pay a hefty duty fee. The craftsmanship is excellent however, and the finished product is beautiful. I will enjoy my boots for many more years (I hope!)

An excellent experience. I reached out to Asolo for advice on the best hiking shoes to purchase as I have a bunion. I received a swift and helpful response on which basis I purchased a pair of Acadia mid rise boots. These arrived within a few days. They are extremely comfortable for longer hill walks and also for days exploring urban areas. I would certainly purchase a low rise version should they become available. An excellent experience fro beginning to end amd a happy walking experience.
