Je commande souvent des produits. La taille réelle des produits diffèrent selon les modèles et c'est un peu dommage. Dernièrement, j'ai fait une commande pour moi-même et une en cadeau pour ma fille. Les n° de téléphone de livraison indiqués pour chaque commande étaient exacts. Mais il y a eu une erreur sur le n° de téléphone de ma commande, les 2 livraisons ayant le n° de téléphone de ma fille. C'est dommage car je ne ferai plus de cadeau depuis mon compte mail. Vous devriez corriger ce problème.

Mandate in ditta le mie scarpe da cammino , perché da risuolare completamente, dopo una settimana mi rispediscono le scarpe lavorate in maniera perfetta, nel frattempo scambio di email , dove si accerta l'arrivo in ditta delle scarpe la presa in carico, la lavorazione e quindi il reinvio a casa mia, la ditta Asolo si è dimostrata , veloce, puntuale, gentile e affidabile, meglio di così non saprei cosa chiedere come cliente! Dimenticavo le loro scarpe sono le migliori che abbia mai avuto, Complimenti per tutto

My boots came back in perfect condition and in a very timely manner, especially considering they went to Italy to be resoled. The woman who helped me via emails, was very patient and answered my questions and helped me get the photos of the boots to the company. It would have simple to just buy a new pair of boots, but it seemed a shame to throw these away when they could be resoled and were in good shape otherwise. I have a bit of a sentimental attachment to these as they carried me up Mount Kilimanjaro, so I am glad to have them back to climb Guadalupe Peak in Texas.

The order process with VAT, customs, etc, was too complex. It would be easier to just have one transaction and you guys can figure out different VAT and customs charges - that should not be the customer’s responsibility. The actual product was great - the payment/order/deliver process was far, far, far too complicated

Pour avoir pu ressemeler mes chaussures Carol m'a beaucoup aidé! Et aussi les cordonniers. Bien-sur(shoes techniciens) un drôle de nom pour des Cordonniers(Whatever!)enfin le travail est bien fait. J'aime le savoir-faire de travailleurs Italiens-Francais-Espanoles.il faut garder cela. Configurer.Garder le Genie!voila en un mot. Grazie.

The shopping experience was trouble free, I was buying a product I knew, the only annoyance was the wide model did not seem to have any differentiation in size that I could see and so I was in doubt if i was buying the right shoe.

Excellent achat reçu rapidement. Je ne me suis jamais senti aussi bien dans des chaussures. A la fois très précises, confortables, légères et élégantes pour la marche en ville.

Ottimo servizio, puntale ed efficiente. Ho dovuto effettuare un cambio taglia ed è stato gestito nel migliore dei modi sempre è con estrema facilità. Graditissimo l' omaggio. 5 stelle plus.

I am very pleased with the results. What I got back looks essentially looks like a new pair of boots with the advantage that they already fit me and I don't have to break them in! Expense makes the benefit less significant. I paid Asolo $108.70 USD. I paid the US Postal Service $70 to mail them to Italy. The charge that was more surprising was Euro customs which was $39.11. Total $217.81 versus the same boots new ranging from $270-360. One aspect that was frustrating. I didn't realize that the boots were being held by Euro customs department. After two months, I inquired why I hadn't gotten the boots back from Asolo and they said customs required the $39.11 fee cited above. Once that was paid, Asolo got the boots and returned them in approximately 2 weeks.
