8 ans que j’ai mes fugitive GTX. Grâce au savoir faire italien. Il viennent de m’offrir 8 ans de plus de durée de vie pour mes chaussures. Je les remercient infiniment. Le soin apporté au client est incomparable à aucune autre marque. Pour moi aucune marque n’est à la hauteur de asolo.

I have had better previous experiences. This time I received size 11.5 EU not US? The Greenwood EVO is not applicable for me due to the different composition of the upper and the fit (the only way to find out was to order them and examine them). I wear an AFO on my left leg, the Fugitive GTX fits and conforms well. I have been using this boot for over forty years. The Greenwood EVO shall be returned and another pair of the Fugitive GTX will be ordered.

I’m really impressed with the service I have received from Asolo. The resoling and refurbishing of my boots has been carried out in a very professional manner and the result is basically a new pair of boots. They are immaculate! On the negative side the process did take rather a long time but this is attributable to delays as a result of being held in customs and is nothing to do with Asolo themselves. I can only highly recommend the resoling service offered by Asolo and would definitely use it again if I needed to. Thank you.

J’ai utilisé le service de ressemelage. Les instructions étaient claires et les chaussures sont revenues lavées avec de nouvelles semelles et de nouveaux lacets, comme neuve ! Je recommande.

Absolutely thrilled with having my 12 year old hiking boots resoled. Boots came back looking like new on the outside (only by looking inside I see these are mine and not new😊). Shipping from/to US was easy and fast and communication throughout the process constant. What am amazing company with a sustainable business model!

Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Ho fatto risuolare uno scarpone da alpinismo in pelle semi rigido a me particolarmente caro,che ho indossato per più di vent'anni facendo ferrate sentieri estivi e invernali. Lo staff Asolo non solo è riuscito nella risuolatura ma l'ha tirato a nuovo . Lavoro veramente eccellente .Parlo con cognizione di causa avendo esperienza nel campo calzature per molti anni . Lavoro eseguito alla perfezione ed in velocità nella consegna,non vedo l'ora di indossarli nuovamente grazie Asolo

A prescindere che è molto tempo che utilizzo Asolo, prima per il tempo libero, poi per lavoro, e per mia esperienza posso garantire che sono prodotti di qualità. Inoltre ho usufruito del loro servizio di risuolatura su 2 due paia di scarponi messi molto male, bè me li hanno rispediti rimessi quasi a nuovo. La spesa non è stata delle piu contenute ma sono stati soldi ben spesi!!! Consigliatissimo

Awful. I recently bought hikers and although they were incredibly nice, they didn’t fit my feet properly. Your company made it so difficult to return them, I ended up keeping them in hopes I can resell them online. I’ve never experienced service like that and would expect a company to be more customer friendly in today’s global economy. Sorry…but it’s true.
