I think that Asolo boots have excellent quality and last a long time. I ordered boots from Italy and they arrived quickly.

Pros: Very fast service, I received my shoes a few days after placing the order. Cons: I should have taken the size above, or ordered 2 pairs to check and returned one, but there was a charge for that, so I'll have to give these shoes I bought to someone else

When ordering the boots in the beginning and at the checkout it was written that the shipping will be free. After that when I further proceeded, it turned out that there is a shipping tax of 20 euro. Please, check carefully to which countries what shipping taxes there are and state them clearly so your clients don’t feel lied to. The pair of shoes I bough from the website of Asolo (39 1/3) felt quite hard and stif on my foot, as if it was wrapped in plaster. I returned those shoes and the person who was communicating with me was very kind and helpful. I found size 40 and bought the same shoe model of Asolo from a physical shop and my foot felt more comfortable so I proceeded to wearing those shoes in the mountain. What surprised me though, was that the soles were very slippery on wet stone. So slippery that I felt badly with them. I was walking on steep but rough slopes made of granite and quartzite stone. The shoe sole is Vibram mega grip and it’s supposed to not slip in wet weather.

Je félicite Asolo pour la qualité de son SAV. J'ai fait ressemeler mes chaussures, j'ai retrouvé des chaussures comme neuves en moins de 2 semaines, transport AR compris. La communication est également très bonne pendant toute la durée de la prestation. Je recommande.

Asolo was very helpful and prompt in all responses, and I got my boots back in beautiful condition and on time. Although sending my wonderful old hiking boots back to Italy for resoling was quite expensive, those boots were by far the most comfortable and well-made hiking boots I’ve ever owned. I have a trip in South Africa soon that requires a lot of daily hiking in all types of terrain, and breaking in new boots is not an option. I’ve worn my newly resoled boots almost every day for the past two weeks on daily trail hikes and they’re better than new. They’re my super-comfortable and supportive old boots with a new life. Worth the expense and I love extending the life of excellent boots that I’ve had many adventures in rather than buying new ones. 👍

I bought my Asolo boots about 7 years ago. When the soles finally wore out, I used the resoling service and the result far exceeded my expectations. The soles were reattached and they did some detailing work to make the boots look almost like new. This is truly an exceptional brand!

I sent my Asolo Stynger gtx to Asolo Italy for resoling. Getting them there from the USA was an expensive ordeal but the boots truely look brand new. They are beautiful with new soles, toecaps, laces and insoles. Plus an extra set of laces. The actual resoling price was very reasonable as was their shipping cost. Customs cost is hard to predict and adds an unknown cost and shipping from US is slow and expensive but Asolo had great communication and helped move them thru the postal service in Italy when they seemed stuck. I had another pair resoled here in US but they don’t use the original sole and no new toecaps or laces or insoles and the replacement sole is heavy and looks redone. If you have a pair of Asolo boots you love and some patience it was worth sending them all the way to Italy. Or take a trip to Italy and bring your old boots along. Resoling only took a few weeks and return shipping was super fast Thanks so much!

Scarpe eccezionali. Ho gradito molto sulle field gv l aggiunta di un paio di stringhe diverse da quelle di serie. Non so quali saranno le mie prossime scarpe ma so che saranno Asolo.
