Bei meinen alten Asolo Bergschuhen lösten sich die Sohlen. Mir wurde empfohlen, sie auf den Müll zu schmeissen. Dann erfuhr ich vom Asolo Reparaturservice, schickte meine Schuhe ein und bekam sie nach zwei Wochen zurück mit der Post. Sie sind wie neu!! Einfach Klasse. Ein tolles Beispiel der Nachhaltigkeit.

The resoling looks excellent and is the work of craftsmen. The replacement soles (because my boots are quite old) are a great upgrade and a perfect fit for the boot model. The new shoe laces were a nice surprise too. I would definitely use this service again for my other Asolo boots. My only problem, and this was not Asolo's fault but was part of the overall experience others may want to know, is the Italian postal service and/or customs agency held my boots for over two months with no explanation. Asolo's customer service was very helpful and responsive about it when I reached out which was also appreciated. Once Asolo received my boots, the turn around time including shipping back to me was fast! So thankful I could save my boots which mean a lot to me. Totally worth the cost. Thank you!

Ho acquistato 13 anni fa uno scarponcino Asolo, al termine dell’utilizzo quest’anno ho riacquistato on line ( in zona Reggio Emilia non ci sono rivenditori) il modello ELDO LTH GV -WOMAN. Per ora molto soddisfatta.

I get a little in depth on my footwear, and consider Asolo the best. Recently I needed a special boot for work, and after looking at every other work boot Asolo nailed it with the urban hiker. And their customer service is prompt polite and helpful and the shipping has them across the Atlantic and on my doorstep in mere days. Thanks Asolo, job well done

Fugitive GTX is very comfortable boots I have worn just once but I will try to test this boot in a harse weather condition to find out how long this boot will last…but over all it is sturdy and good quality boot…
