Non è la prima volta che compero i vs/ scarponi online. Sapevo che avrebbero risposto alle mie aspettative. E così è stato. Corrispondono esattamente alle descrizione da voi data per il prodotto. Sono molto contenta e ringrazio per la Vs/ serietà e precisione nei tempi previsti per la spedizione. Grazie.

Great looking product (hopefully will stand the test of time). Customer journey through the transaction has some kinks mostly around knowing when your item will eventually be shipped from the manufacturer. "You know when you know" type thing with asolo. Took several days. And if you don't set up account BEFORE you make purchase, your order won't be linked to account email if you create one afterwards when you get the first communication giving you your confirmation number and a link telling you to track progress via your account. Even creating account with same email won't work if created after the order. You have to email customer services to get that sorted out. They cancel that account and you have to figure out for yourself that you access the new account by asking for a password reset on your email address. If i wasnt a software developer myself not sure i would have survived such a process! Only mildly annoying for me but could by very distressing for your average buyer. International shipment to the UK was painless and super fast... would have been next day if it didn't get held up at customs too long to make the delivery window that day in my case. Maybe just off the sting comes when you least expect it but didn't get hit with import duties. Always factored that into the purchase because the only way to get my size was to go straight to the manufacturer and order with them. Shame companies like this never reward you for cutting out the retail middleman. Post xmas sales galore on the retail sites.

Uso scarpe Asolo dagli anni 90 e mi son sempre trovato bene. Ottime su tutti i fronti. Ne ho diverse paia e le uso anche nella vita di tutti i giorni.

I simply love the Asolo products! I first discoverd them in ...... Iceland, of all places, where several shops were selling them. Untill then, I wasn't aware of this brand. So I checked it out. I have two pair of Asolos at the moment and they are great! The service provided by the Asolo team (when you buy from their website) is also spot-on: friendly, cooperative, efficient. I would surely recommend Asolo products to my friends and family!

I've had 3 pairs of Asolo trekking boots so far and all of them were very comfortable and durable. Easy-to-use website, quick shipping. They also sent me a pair of (golf) socks free of charge with my latest order. It was a nice touch. Thank you!
