This company really stands behind its products. My 20 y.o. hiking boots had the sole separate and they were able to re-sole it and the boots came back looking like new boots. Very pleased as I have been all over the world in these boots and hated the idea of breaking in a new pair.

I would 100% recommend the resoling service offered by Asolo! My boots came back looking like they were brand new! The communication from Asolo each step of the way was amazing. Totally worth the fees and shipping costs!

The representatives at Asolo were super responsive, and communicated very well regarding the entire process of resoling my boots, from the moment they arrived in Italy, during the resoling proess, letting me know they were done and being shipped.

The resoling was excellent. The shoes look brand new! The communication between Asolo and myself was also clear. The only unexpected outcome was the customs charge was quite high for a used pair of shoes. It was $32 on top of the $64 resoling fee and the cost to ship the boots one-way. I was surprised by the customs charge and mention it here so others will know that there might be extra fees you will need to pay if you send in your shoes for resoling.

Expensive and time consuming process but very much worth the effort. It's obvious that a true craftsman put time and effort into reconstructing my boots and it seems like it is so hard to find quality work nowadays that I so greatly appreciate your willingness to bring new life to a very special pair of boots.

Excellent service - website easy to navigate, boot categories laid out in an easy to understand manner (such as walking, hiking, technical, etc), simple system to add to cart and checkout, and super fast delivery right to my home address. I've only worn the boots one time and they're as good so far as the four other pairs I've worn out in the last twenty years. Looking forward to using these.

This must be a joke. I had Asolo re-sole my Asolo hikers because the sole separated from the boot. With the shipping, cost of re-sole, duties to and from Italy from Canada, it's nonsense. There is zero value in this program unless you're in Europe. A brand new pair of boots is cheaper. They put a toe bumper on when my boots didn't have one making them horrible looking. It took well over 2 months start to finish for me to receive my boots that I'll donate to a clothing charity.

We specify that the shipping and duties are at customer expensive and that in case of a worn out upper which won't allow the resoling we would add a toe rubber cap or a rubber rand.
