The repair process for my boots was extraordinarily good, I was blown away at how nice they came back. They were completely cleaned, given new laces and insoles and the replacement soles are superb. I can't wait to get back out on the trail and put another 10 years of abuse on the boots. Thanks!

Had my (ten year old) boots resoled rather than replace them and although the overall cost including international post and customs duty was approx £110 Asolo were excellent and my boots were returned quickly and looked brand new. Asolo were very communicative and their service is excellent. I am very satisfied.

Con trepidazione ho mandato i miei amati scarponi, che godo da piu di 10 anni, per far risuolare. Arriveranno? Torneranno da me? Dopo un paio di giorni, ricevo una mail dicendomi che sono arrivati, ma che sono “ troppo danneggiati per riparare (causa un taglio superficiale nella stoffa sul colletto della scarpa - boh!)”. Con la domanda: “preferisco che mi venghino rispediti non riparati, o che li buttino via loro?” Buttarli via???? Insomma dopo la mia preghiera di tentare la riparazione, accettando ogni responsabilità, hanno proceduto con la risuolatura. Dopo un’altra lunga settimana, ricevo il pacco con dentro: i miei amatissimi scarponi davvero “messi a nuovo”. Profumati da lavanderia, nuove suole Vibram lucidissime (ma le sporcheró subito, non temere!). E la parte del colletto che era danneggiata... sostituito con stoffa nuova, CUCITO A MANO. Direi un lavoro d’amore. Grazie davvero. I miei piedi sono felicissimi, e di conseguenza, anch’io!!! Consigliatissimo, in particolare in questi tempi quando fa bene dare nuova vita a cose vecchie invece di riempire le discariche.

I purchased my boots directly from Asolo’s Italian website and I had no major issues getting my boots delivered to the United States within a week and in great condition.

I love Asolo! Their customer service is great! Sent my boots to get resoled in Italy, they sent them back fast and the boots looked good as new! Thank you Asolo!

My Asolo leather and Goretex hiking boots mid sole had failed after some years (more than 10), I contacted Asolo and they suggested a company in the UK but the price was very comparable to send them to Italy and the Customer Service is 2nd to none. I would suggest sending by FedEx to Italy as the UK & Italian postal service (10 days) and Customs (14 days) are frankly slow and hopeless the Poste Italiane also tried making invalid charges, which was eventually returned via Asolo. Once Asolo received my boots they immediately replaced the mid and main soles, foot beds and laces and gave the leather uppers a once over and they look like new. I think it was less than 10 days to repair and return them to me via FedEx (4 days and over a weekend). Very very pleased, essentially I have a new pair of boots for about 40% of the cost of a new pair and these will last another 10 years. Asolo Customer Services kept me informed throughout by email, I would highly recommend Asolo's products and their after sales service. These boots have been the most comfortable hiking boots I've ever owned and now they have been resoled they will continue to be the most comfortable boots I own.
