I've been trying to get a hold of someone to take care of the issue I had with shipping, defects in the shoe, and trying to get a refund. No one has responded. I would 100% never recommend this company to anyone based on what I've experienced.

Wir sind von der Qualität überzeugt und sind vom Trage komfort begeistert. Lediglich eine Rücksendung wird teuer, da sie (zurück) nach Italien erfolgen muss... Das ist bei Schuhen, wo man tendenziel imm er mehrere Größen bestellt, da kein Schuh gleich ist, etwas blöd. Als Trost hat diese immerhin trotz der großen Entfernung und sprachlicher Barriere sehr gut geklappt! Wir können es weiterempfehlen!

Thank you I am very pleased with the boots. However I have sent three e mails ( without a response) with regard to a pair of 13 and a half Nucleon GV walking shoes. I have a pair currently but they are getting very worn and I need to replace them. I have tried George Fishes in Keswick, Cumbria and other shops but cannot obtain the size I require

I bought my Asolo LAGAZUOI shoes via Asolo web shop and the service was great. The shoes felt very stiff during the first walk in the woods here in southern Finland. I assume that is a sign of a good quality hiking shoe, because ever since I’ve taken my new Asolo shoes out for a walk, they seem to get better and better! And the very moisty routes that we have here in Finland this ”winter”, doesn’t matter because my Asolos keeps my feet warm and dry despite of the shitty weather that we are facing here in this area during this winter. Thumbs up for Asolo!
