Good shopping experience. The item that I wanted was not in stock when I first tried to purchase. I requested notification and Brooks sent me an email when it was in stock. I ordered and received with no difficulty.

It is a beautiful saddle to match my bicycle paint and I look amazing, I just wish it would be more softer or at least haded sort kind of suspension coil,

I’m in the US. Shopping was easy and quick. I ordered some grips and I was shocked at how quickly they arrived!!! Packed neatly and as nice as the pictures on the Brooks website.

I love the 26L waxed cotton backpack. It feels noticeably more firm and stylish than my previous Patagonia. It does feel a touch more "precious", hence would use it more for city and work and less for hiking.

The pre softened short nose women’s saddle on the first ride was comfortable . I look forward to many rides with it and can’t wait to experience the saddle once it’s broken in. Ordering was easy , shipping was fast and the craftsmanship is beautiful. I knew people raved about these. I’m glad I finally decided to get one .

Superb factory tour, really interesting. Engaging and friendly staff. I was amazed that you didn’t have a commemorative saddle for sale at the end, but ended up buying one anyway!

Ordered bar tape. I received it and it was destroyed. I’ve contacted them twice about a return/refund with no response. Their return system through their website doesn’t work.
