Ordering my B17 was a simple affair. Little did I know, or more precisely appreciate, it arrived within 48 hours. The saddle now sits proudly on my black Brompton and the breaking in period begins again. I incorrectly assumed that as the seller's title states "Brooks England" and I live in England, the product would be coming from England. I would have happily paid in euros if I had known it was coming from Italy.

I ordered the honey-colored leather handlebar tape to match the brooks B17 saddle on my Trek 520. We are in the dead of winter so I haven’t yet installed them, but the ordering was easy and they shipped them to me quite quickly.

The product (a new saddle) is impeccable but also the service was perfect. Within days the saddle reached its destination by courier. A minor misunderstanding in the ordering process was solved immediately and without bureaucracy.
