I purchased my seat online at the Brooks website. That process went well. As to the seat, I love it. I have been using road bike seats. This seat is a game changer. Very comfortable. Ill definitely get another for my other bikes.

Very easy online purchase with great communication as my saddle shipped. LOVE my B17! The honey color is perfect and the cutout adds comfort while the short length is perfect when I ride in skirts or pants. Only have about 100 miles on the saddle but it is comfortable and a delight.

Purchasing was easy and quick. I have yet to attach the saddle to my bike, so will have to add that experience later.

Good website which allowed me to compare and contrast seats including dimensions. The rider angle / seat type logo really helped. Order arrived quickly. If anything the only thing I’d like a bit more of is Proofide - a tin rather than a single sachet would be great.

I appreciated the fast shipment of my order of 2 TENSION PIN 64 MM COMPLETE WITH NUT for my Brooks Leather B-17 Saddle. Unfortunately I believe it is a poor design which causes these pins to break.They seem solid enough but mine lasted only a year , so I bought 2, and it was a battle getting it back on the saddle even though I looked at a few video's. These are hard to find, but I love the saddle.
