I have another Brooks saddle on my scooter and decided to try another for my bike. I chose the C67. I found the best price on the Brooks website. The shipping was very fast coming from Italy to the US in 3 days. The packaging was top notch and the saddle was perfect. The C67 is very supportive and comfortable. I am officially a fan of Brooks and will recommend this brand to anyone looking for a bike saddle. The quality and care that obviously goes into making these saddles is evident as soon as you open the box. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I am delighted with the Scape Handlebar Compact Bag and the Scape Handlebar Pouch. Both items are excellent quality and manufacture. I was amazed at the speed of the express delivery just under 24 hours from placing my order to delivery in Belfast from Italy, well done.

Ich habe ein Ersatzteil bestellt, der Versand ging sehr schnell, war aber auch sehr teuer. Ich hätte gerne die Wahl gehabt, weniger bezahlen zu müssen und dafür länger zu warten.

Website was easy to navigate, and my item came in a very quick fashion, my criticism is with what I purchased. I bought a replacement tension pin for an 20 year old Swift Titanium saddle. The site said it was the correct pin for that specific model. It turns out, the pin was not correct, and I ended up having to purchase the correct one from a 3rd party site. Good news is my saddle is fixed!

My Brooks saddle arrived very promptly and it was very well packaged. The saddle itself is excellent - just wish I'd bought one earlier. Only negative comments are - I'm not sure how I get a receipt (needed for 10-year guarantee) and registering for the 10 year guarantee is not straight forward. Instructions are written in tiny font and you need to upload a receipt (see note above).
