Purchasing my new Flyer Special Brooks saddle was very easy. The website is clear and navigable, while customer communication was prompt and helpful. My saddle arrived on time, and in thoughtful packaging. I am still 'breaking it in', but the saddle is clearly a work of fine craftsmanship, not to mention the obvious aesthetic appeal. Thank you Brooks!

The shopping experience was simple and straightforward. The product itself is great. After the order was confirmed I never received any tracking information. Luckily that was no issue as my order arrived in my mailbox much quicker than I expected

The Brooks products are made with great craftsmanship and appeal. I have purchased a Brooks seat for each of my bike because they are the most comfortable seat I have ridden. I am 73 years young and regret not riding a Brooks saddle in my earlier years. One consideration I would ask is the description of the Brooks Slender Grips should provide the size handlebar that will accommodate the Grips. To my regret I had to return the the Grips I purchased.
